Shana is a leadership coach with special training in imposter syndrome who has worked in both the public and private sectors. Her dedication to leadership coaching and her focus on individuals affected by workplace violence highlights her commitment to fostering resilience and personal growth within her clients. As a graduate of North Carolina State University’s Leadership Coaching for Organizational Performance program, Shana is deeply passionate about guiding individuals— of all ages and career backgrounds—through challenging experiences and helping them reach their full potential.
Beyond her one-on-one coaching, Shana has partnered with non-profits and state law enforcement agencies to deliver high-impact workshops for adolescents and at-risk-youth. These workshops focus on developing essential leadership skills, instilling a strong sense of personal values, and fostering an inquisitive mindset for lifelong growth. Her unwavering commitment to community engagement has earned her recognition as one of Columbia, SC’s top 15 coaches in 2025.
