What is Coaching?
Coaching is a thought partnership. Both the client and coach discuss what is holding the client back and how to move the client forward.
Coaching, as defined by the International Coaching Federation, is “partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential. The process of coaching often unlocks previously untapped sources of imagination, productivity, and leadership”.
What should I NOT expect from Coaching?
Coaching is not advice, mentoring, psychotherapy, or consulting. The role of the Coach is to help the Client have a more fulfilled and balanced life, by discovering together what is holding them back. Coaching is a journey of self-discovery, where the client is in the driver’s seat.
How long are sessions?
After your initial 30 minute session, each session will be up to 60 minutes long.
Coaching sessions are done virtually, so please make sure you are in a comfortable space where you can speak freely with your Coach.
What forms of payment are accepted?
Credit Cards, Paypal, and Venmo are all accepted.
What should I expect from my session?
All sessions are virtual and are a safe space for you to explore. Your coach will guide you through the 60 minute session. Please be in a space where you feel comfortable and as free from distractions as possible.
